1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering, bidding, or participating in any auction conducted by the Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Company’s services.
1.2 Eligibility
Participants must be legally competent to contract under applicable laws and must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
1.3 Auction Process
- All vehicles are listed for auction on an “as-is, where-is” basis unless otherwise stated.
- Vehicle details, inspection reports, and images are provided for reference only. The Company does not guarantee absolute accuracy.
- Bids placed are final and binding.
1.4 No Cancellation Policy
Once a bid is placed and/or an auction is won, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances. Participants are advised to bid carefully after reviewing all available information.
1.5 Payments
- Successful bidders must complete payment within the timelines specified by the Company.
- Failure to make payment within the stipulated time may result in forfeiture of the bid amount and/or suspension of the account.
1.6 Ownership Transfer
Ownership transfer and documentation will be initiated only after receipt of full payment and completion of required formalities.
1.7 Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in auctions or use of its platform.
1.8 Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
